The Magnum Force 6800BT (TBG680) is the world’s first wood waste grinder that can perform whole tree grinding as fast as a 30” chipper can chip. Whether it is whole trees, slash, storm debris, regrind or construction and demolition waste (C&D), this powerful one pass grinder processes more material at a lower cost per ton than the competition. Also, the Magnum Force 6800BT wood waste grinder is designed with multiple screen and tip options to optimize the material being processed. It can be converted to operate as secondary mulch grinder as well.
Available in a stationary or track-mounted version, the portable Magnum Force 6800BT wood waste grinder features a Caterpillar C-27 Tier 3 diesel engine and a production capacity of up to 200 tons per hour. To make sure the engine and feed system work together as best as possible, the patented IntelliGrind control system automatically adjusts the feed rate to the engine RPM for optimal throughput and minimal fuel consumption. This is primarily utilized while setting up the machine as a secondary mulch grinder
